Do you have an item in need of repair?
Our team of volunteers is here to help you repair your things for a koha/donation. Simply bring along your broken household item and any spare parts it might need, sit with a volunteer and see how they can help repair and save it from landfill.
What you can bring (one item per person, unless time permits more on the day):
Small home electronics
Clothing and textiles for sewing or darning
Woodwork and metal items (such as wooden toys and small furniture items)
Garden tools for repair or sharpening
Bicycles for repair or check-up
And much more!
While you wait for your turn, enjoy a cuppa, some fresh baked morning tea and have a friendly chat with your neighbour.
Repair Cafe is an initiative with a focus on engaging communities and providing a fun and inclusive environment that builds connection, supports community resilience, and reduces waste. Volunteer enquiries welcome.
